Yacht Femme 2025 Recap: Celebrating Growth, Community, and Women in Yachting

This year has been a defining chapter for Yacht Femme — one marked by growth, global connection, and meaningful impact across the yachting industry. From new initiatives and partnerships to expanded programming and global events, we’re proud to reflect on everything our community has achieved together.

Empowering Women Through Visibility
This year, we proudly highlighted 142 women across our events and podcast, amplifying diverse voices and celebrating leadership across the industry. Women were also featured throughout our magazine, further strengthening visibility, storytelling, and representation.
Membership Growth
We officially launched the Yacht Femme Membership in February with an initial goal of 40 members — and we’re proud to have grown to 217 members, building a thriving global network of professionals supporting one another.

Yacht Femme Awards — A Defining Moment
One of the most significant highlights of the year was the second edition of the Yacht Femme Awards, also known as the Women's Yachting Awards.
This year, the awards were hosted on the Superyacht Stage at Metstrade, celebrating excellence across three categories:
Trailblazer of the Year — Rosie O’Donnell
Entrepreneur of the Year — Jill Bobrow
Rising Star of the Year — Sophie Spicknell
Growing the Yacht Femme Team
This year also marked an exciting expansion of our team. We welcomed Miryam Fossati, who joined as Event Production Specialist, supporting both online and in-person events.
She joins Francesca Ragneni, Head of Partnerships, Europe, and our founder Andrea Tagliaferro, strengthening our ability to deliver impactful experiences and meaningful connections across the global yachting community.
