In 2019, a year after launching Yacht Femme, Andrea was interviewed on Yachting International Radio. During the podcast interview, they suggested that Andrea create her own podcast to grow the women's platform and expand its reach.

She quickly developed the brand and show format, began interviewing women, and produced episodes in her spare time. Since then, we have highlighted women from various sectors, including shipbuilding, marketing, sales, and more.
