Michelle Van der Merwe is the Superyacht Account Manager at Pantaenius. She manages the Superyacht team, handling insurance for superyachts & their crew. She started her insurance career in the UK for a large Private Medical insurance company in Claims where she helped with designing the pilot scheme to transfer claims processing via satellite link to India, travelling to Bangalore, India to provide on-site training for 3 weeks.

Gaëlle holds a Master's degree in Business & Marketing from Skema Business School.
