Giulia Grassi is an Italian yacht designer and founder of Supernova Design Studio, based in Lake Como and Monte Carlo. Specializing in yacht refits, she combines Italian craftsmanship with sustainability and elegance. Her work on the 52m M/Y Solafide earned international award nominations in 2025.

Eleonora Pitasso is a multilingual Shipyard Expert and Sales Broker at Burgess with 15+ years in yachting. She holds a Double Master’s in International Affairs and is an EDHEC MBA candidate. A pioneer in the industry, she was the first female Sales Broker at Burgess Europe and leads major new build and brokerage projects over 70m.

Erin Ackor is a maritime attorney and Partner at AeroMarine Law, PLLC, with over 20 years of experience in yachting law. A former yacht crew member, she now advises clients on vessel transactions, compliance, and crew issues. Erin also serves as President of the International Superyacht Society, driving industry growth and inclusion.

Ezgi Aksan Marinier is a Project Director at HBA Residential in London, specializing in luxury yacht and high-end residential interior design. Growing up near the sea, Ezgi’s passion for water and design naturally led her to the yacht industry, where she developed hands-on expertise in managing complex, bespoke projects.

Gabriella Cramer is the President and Founder of GC MARITIME Consulting & Training, LLC, a Fort Lauderdale–based firm dedicated to advancing onboard safety and regulatory compliance within the maritime industry. Through tailored consulting and crew training, she supports yacht crews, management teams, and owners in meeting the standards of ISM, ISPS, and MLC codes with confidence and competence.
