Currently a Sales Executive at OneWater Yacht Group, Ally is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she works closely with clients seeking bespoke, international new-build yachts. Her role centers on guiding buyers through complex purchase journeys, from first inquiry to final delivery, with a focus on Absolute Yachts and other premium brands. Known for her ability to translate technical specifications into clear, client-focused decisions, Ally brings confidence and clarity to every transaction.
Ally’s path into yachting began with a simple but decisive moment. Introduced to the industry through a friend, she was asked whether she thought she could sell boats. Her answer was immediate: yes. That instinct proved correct. After earning her yacht and ship broker’s license in 2020, she quickly built momentum, working with Allied Marine, then MarineMax, and now OneWater Yacht Group.
Her achievements speak to both performance and impact. At the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2024, Ally ranked top in units at MarineMax, closing over $2.5 million across five boats. She also became the first salesperson to custom-build and deliver the first 400 GTO Saxdor to land in the United States, and contracted an Azimut 66 Magellano at the Miami International Boat Show at just 24 years old.
Beyond sales, Ally is committed to empowering others on the water. She actively helps host Women on Water classes, hands-on sessions that teach safety requirements, flare use, and docking skills alongside professional captains. She is especially proud of delivering first-time boats to female owners, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the buying process.
A Florida native with a background in underwater photography, freediving, and fishing, Ally’s connection to the ocean is personal as well as professional.
