Based in Italy and fluent in Italian, English, French, and German, with working knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese, Nada plays a pivotal role in connecting international markets with the core values of the brands she represents. Her work extends well beyond sales figures. She actively shapes dealer strategy, strengthens owner relationships, supports product evolution, and serves as a mentor to the next generation of industry professionals who will carry these brands forward.
Nada’s entry into yachting was entirely unplanned. In 1991, she joined Pershing while seeking stability for her family during a difficult moment. What began as a job quickly became a lifelong vocation, built on a genuine love for the sea and a deep alignment with Pershing’s identity. Over the years, she progressed organically through the company, gaining hands-on experience across multiple functions and growing alongside the brand itself.
Among her most meaningful career moments are experiences that underscore the emotional power of yachting, including a private Formula 1 Grand Prix viewing aboard a newly delivered Pershing with Piero Ferrari, and milestone celebrations with the brand’s founders. Having lived through 35 of Pershing’s nearly 40 years, Nada has navigated multiple management transitions, market shifts, and technological evolutions, always with loyalty, adaptability, and resilience.
Today, her focus remains forward-looking: continuously improving herself, strengthening brand quality and service, and mentoring future leaders who will steward Pershing and Itama into their next decades.
