Anissa Mediouni is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of NEXT Yachting, a Monaco-based boutique yacht brokerage founded in 2021 with a mission to bring a fresh, transparent, and client-focused approach to yacht sales, charter, and management. With nearly two decades of experience in high-end real estate and luxury services, Anissa brings a strategic, service-driven mindset to every aspect of her work in the yachting industry.


Her journey into yachting began organically. After launching her career in 2007 with Engel & Völkers in Brussels, she quickly rose through the ranks, developing international real estate operations. In 2013, she was invited to establish and lead Engel & Völkers Yachting in Europe—a natural extension of her work in the luxury sector. By 2016, Anissa had been appointed CEO, where she oversaw global charter and brokerage services while building a strong brand presence in Monaco and along the French Riviera.


Captivated by the fast pace, precision, and personal relationships that define yachting, Anissa co-founded NEXT Yachting with a vision of delivering a more agile, personalized, and ethical brokerage model. Today, she works closely with clients at every step of their yachting journey—whether buying, selling, or chartering—ensuring that each experience is seamless, transparent, and tailored to individual needs.


Her current focus includes overseeing a busy European charter season, curating a fleet of top-tier yachts for sale and charter, and strategically growing NEXT Yachting’s footprint in international markets. The next milestone: expanding into the United States. Anissa sees tremendous opportunity to bring NEXT’s discreet, client-first ethos to the American market by forging strategic partnerships, building brand awareness, and continuing to elevate service standards across borders.


Anissa believes deeply in the power of trust, integrity, and long-term relationships. She also champions more representation of women in leadership across the yachting industry and is actively committed to fostering a more inclusive, innovative future for yacht brokerage and management.
