Eleonora Stefanelli is the Sales Manager at Telemar Yachting, based in Viareggio, Italy. She is leading the company’s expansion in the field of integrated bridge solutions, working at the intersection of advanced technology, design, and operational excellence. Fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French, she brings an international perspective to an industry that is becoming increasingly global and interconnected.


Her journey into yachting began in 2003 with an internship at a company that specialized in ERP systems for the maritime sector. That early experience not only introduced her to the complexity of yachting but also sparked a passion for the unique challenges of building and supporting vessels that combine luxury with highly advanced technology. After studying Business Economics at the University of Urbino and completing a Master’s in Marketing & Sales in Barcelona, she returned to Italy and joined her family’s company, where she spent a decade assisting yacht owners and crews with 360° services.


After those formative years, Eleonora took a bold step to pursue her own vision within the industry, shifting her focus to navigation systems and bridge integration. This move proved pivotal: she worked closely with shipyards and developers on new builds, immersing herself in the complexities of integrated systems. One of the defining projects of her career was being part of the team that delivered the very first fully integrated T-touch bridge on a 57-meter yacht. The project carried enormous technical and emotional weight, demanding real-time problem solving, deep collaboration, and the ability to earn trust in an untested system. Delivering that system successfully was not only a milestone for the industry but also a turning point in her own growth as a leader.


Today, Eleonora continues to push boundaries at Telemar Yachting. She is deeply involved in guiding projects from the earliest design stages, ensuring that technology integrates seamlessly with each vessel’s unique identity. She collaborates with architects, surveyors, and designers to create bridges that are not just operationally exceptional but also aesthetically and functionally harmonious.


Beyond technology, she is also focused on shaping the next generation of leadership in the industry. She is building a resilient, forward-thinking sales team that reflects her belief in strategic vision, inclusivity, and empowerment. As a woman in a space that has not always been welcoming to diverse voices, she is committed to leading with courage and showing that innovation is not just about systems—it is about people, trust, and conviction.

Passionate about the sea since childhood, when she spent summers on catamarans and motorboats, Eleonora continues to see yachting as more than a career—it is a calling. For her, each new challenge is an opportunity to innovate, collaborate, and redefine what is possible in one of the world’s most demanding and inspiring industries.
