I’m a dedicated yacht manager overseeing a portfolio of vessels valued at over $80 million. With over a decade of experience at sea, I now bring that deep operational knowledge to the shore side, offering hands-on, heart-led support to yacht owners and crew. My work is rooted in integrity, precision, and a deep respect for both people and the ocean.

As the founder of Worthy Management, I’m building a recruitment company that prioritizes crew culture, well-being, and long-term success—matching the right people with the right vessels while fostering positive onboard environments. I take pride in providing grounded, reliable support and leading with purpose, whether it's coordinating complex logistics, staffing with intention, or managing challenging yard periods.

Prior to stepping into management, I spent more than 10 years onboard yachts, starting as a junior stewardess and working my way through both the interior and deck departments. I earned my 200-ton captain’s license, became a Master Scuba Diver Instructor, and eventually led as chief stewardess. That experience taught me firsthand the pressure, magic, and nuance of life at sea—and instilled in me a leadership style that’s calm, capable, and people-first.

Throughout my journey, I’ve championed sustainable practices and ocean advocacy—whether volunteering with whale shark research, designing award-winning eco-conscious tablescapes, or guiding dive guests through marine education.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, and now based in West Palm Beach, FL, I’m also a mom raising a young family while continuing to grow professionally. Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship isn’t easy, but it’s deeply meaningful. It fuels my commitment to shaping a better, more conscious future for the yachting industry—one that values people, protects the planet, and honors the incredible privilege of working on the sea.
