Originally from Poland, Joanna studied Strategic Management and European Studies before moving to Cannes in 2012 with her husband. While exploring job opportunities in her new home, she discovered the yachting industry and began her career in 2013 with a yacht uniform supplier. Over the years, she gained hands-on experience, working closely with crews and shipyards, understanding the operational needs, and learning the importance of precision and reliability in every garment.

In 2023, Joanna launched All Around the Yacht – Crew Uniforms & Interior Textiles, offering not just products but long-term partnerships with fleets and management companies. She oversees client relations, ensuring uniforms meet industry standards, client preferences, and budget considerations. She also co-creates the company’s uniform collections and manages bespoke solutions, turning uniform management into a smooth, efficient process for yacht crews and managers.
