Her introduction to yachting came through a friend, leading to her first role as a Sales Assistant at Rodriguez Group, followed by a key position at ISA Shipyard in 2007 as Assistant Commercial Director. There, her skills and dedication propelled her to Sales Manager, overseeing yachts from 35 to 50 meters and collaborating closely with commercial associates. Since joining TWW Yachts in 2017, Lucrecia has leveraged her extensive experience to provide clients with comprehensive brokerage and charter services, combining industry knowledge, cultural fluency, and a personalized approach.
