Meeli Lepik is a seasoned maritime professional with over 20 years of experience in both commercial shipping and luxury yachting. She is the Founder and Project Manager of Holistic Yacht Interiors, a consultancy focused on bridging the gap between interior construction and onboard operations for superyacht new builds and refits.

Meeli began her maritime career after earning a degree in Theology, first working on ferries between Estonia and Finland. Although initially hesitant about life at sea, she quickly discovered her passion for hospitality and interiors. Her career took her from commercial ferries to leading luxury interior projects in Oman, and eventually into yachting—where she found her true calling.

She has worked in various roles, including Chief Stewardess, Interior Project Manager, Consultant, and Project Coordinator, successfully managing interiors for vessels over 100 meters. With a strong eye for detail and deep operational insight, she ensures seamless integration between shipyard planning and onboard functionality.

In 2023, Meeli launched Holistic Yacht Interiors to formalize her approach to aligning construction and operation in the yacht interior sector. She is currently focused on expanding the company’s reach and advocating for a more integrated and sustainable approach to yacht interior planning. Fluent in English and based between Estonia and Germany, Meeli brings a unique blend of creativity, hospitality, and leadership to every project she undertakes.

From raw Estonian nature to the polished world of superyachts, Meeli continues to combine her passions for design, people, and the sea—proving that when you’re in the right place, things truly flow.
