Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and conversational Italian, Miryam brings a global touch to her work. After a successful career in international business and marketing, she followed her passion into the world of fine wine. Certified by the Napa Valley Wine Academy, a CMS Certified Sommelier, WSET Level 3 holder, and French Wine Scholar, she combines deep technical expertise with an intuitive sense of hospitality and storytelling.

Based in Fort Lauderdale and servicing South Florida, Southern California, and the Mediterranean, Miryam is especially known in the yachting industry for her bespoke onboard wine programs and for empowering yacht crew through tailored wine education and service training. Her work helps bridge the gap between fine wine and the luxury maritime lifestyle.

A passionate advocate for sustainability, she prioritizes wines from regenerative, organic, and biodynamic producers, helping clients connect more meaningfully with the land and stories behind each bottle. Whether curating a cellar, provisioning a superyacht, or designing a soul-stirring tasting experience, Miryam invites people to savor life with intention—one glass at a time.

Currently, she is expanding Premier Cellars into a full-service hub for luxury wine experiences and developing a video podcast that blends her love of wine, food, travel, and meaningful conversation.
