Miryam Fossati is a Fine Wine Curator, Professional Wine Educator, and the founder of Premier Cellars, a boutique wine concierge service dedicated to elevating wine experiences through private tastings, yacht provisioning, cellar curation, and immersive journeys to the world’s most iconic wine regions.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and conversational Italian, Miryam brings a global touch to her work. After a successful career in international business and marketing, she followed her passion into the world of fine wine. Certified by the Napa Valley Wine Academy, a CMS Certified Sommelier, WSET Level 3 holder, and French Wine Scholar, she combines deep technical expertise with an intuitive sense of hospitality and storytelling.

Based in Fort Lauderdale and servicing South Florida, Southern California, and the Mediterranean, Miryam is especially known in the yachting industry for her bespoke onboard wine programs and for empowering yacht crew through tailored wine education and service training. Her work bridges the gap between fine wine and the luxury maritime lifestyle.

Beyond Premier Cellars, Miryam is proud to serve as an Event Production Specialist with Yacht Femme, where she helps bring both virtual and in person events to life, creating meaningful spaces that highlight, support, and empower women in yachting. She is also a Sustainability Advisor for SeaLedgers, a platform that helps yacht owners and operators measure, manage, and offset their carbon footprint easily and transparently through verified and insured carbon solutions backed by Lloyd’s of London, making sustainability in yachting approachable and actionable without added complexity.

A passionate advocate for sustainability, Miryam prioritizes wines from regenerative, organic, and biodynamic producers, helping clients connect more meaningfully with the land and the stories behind each bottle. Whether curating a cellar, provisioning a superyacht, or designing a soul stirring tasting experience, Miryam invites people to savor life with intention, one glass at a time.

Currently, she is expanding Premier Cellars into a full service hub for luxury wine experiences and developing a video podcast that blends her love of wine, food, travel, and meaningful conversation. For Miryam, wine is more than a profession, it is a path to connection, joy, and a more conscious way of living.
