At Hot Lab in Milan, Nazenin Dino is shaping the interiors of some of the world’s most luxurious yachts as a Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager. Leading projects from concept to delivery, she blends creative vision with technical precision, coordinating shipyards, suppliers, and clients to transform complex ideas into elegant, livable spaces at sea.


Born in Istanbul, Nazenin’s journey into yachting began with her design background, drawn by the unique intersection of craftsmanship, technical rigor, and creativity. Over the past eight years, she has specialized in new build and refit projects, overseeing every detail of interior development while expanding into project management. Her work currently spans multiple 50+ meter new build projects, where she sets design direction from the first sketches to final delivery.


Nazenin emphasizes that the real challenge of the industry isn’t just creating beautiful interiors, but translating ambitious concepts into tangible reality while managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Beyond her hands-on design work, she shares her insights as a columnist for Turkey’s Motor Boat & Yachting magazine, exploring design, lifestyle, and the culture of life at sea. Looking ahead, she aims to continue growing as both a creative lead and project manager, guiding international projects with vision and precision.
