Nikolina Morožin Tokić is the Co-Owner and CEO of Argola Textile Yacht Design, a design-driven company specializing in bespoke textile solutions for yacht interiors and exteriors. Based in Biograd na Moru, Croatia, Argola is known for its custom cushions, upholstery, covers, awnings, sunshades, and refined decorative elements tailored to each vessel.


Nikolina’s journey in yachting began in 2008 when she joined the family business founded by her husband. After immersing herself in the nautical industry and developing a new company strategy in 2009, she stepped into the role of Director and Co-Owner, leading marketing and client relations. She brought with her valuable experience from the telecommunications sector, where she worked as a Sales Manager, along with a Master’s degree in Communication Studies.


Under her leadership, Argola has grown into a leading textile brand within the Croatian yachting industry. The company expanded into a modern production facility equipped with advanced technology, increased capacity, and launched dedicated yacht upholstery production. In 2017, Nikolina spearheaded the introduction of 3D digital measuring and tailoring, establishing a specialized 3D department and elevating Argola’s innovation and precision.


Her commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability has earned Argola international certifications, including ISO 9001 and the Croatian Quality Mark, making it the only Croatian nautical textile company to hold this distinction. With sustainability at the forefront, she also launched ARGOLA SEA BAG, an eco-conscious product line made from recycled sails and surplus luxury materials.


Today, Argola Textile Yacht Design is recognized as a premium brand synonymous with craftsmanship, innovation, and client-focused service. Together with COO Antonija Tokić, Nikolina leads a team of 20 professionals and is focused on the company’s next milestone: expanding Argola’s international presence and global reach.
