Samantha Ryan Moore is the founder of White Palm, a boutique PR and branding agency specializing in elevating yachting and luxury lifestyle companies through innovative, high-impact strategies. With a background that spans marine insurance, yacht brokerage, and luxury branding, Samantha brings a rare combination of hands-on industry experience and creative vision to her work.

She is also the founder of Professional Women in Yachting Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2022 to empower women in the marine industry while supporting marine science and ocean conservation through fundraising initiatives. Her leadership is guided by the belief that “if you do good, you get good,” a mantra that shapes both her professional and philanthropic efforts.

Samantha is a graduate of Florida State University, where she studied Family & Child Sciences. She is currently spearheading exciting initiatives including a televised fashion show at FLIBS, a collaboration with FGI Yacht Group at the Monaco Yacht Show, and a major fundraising campaign to build a sea turtle and manatee rescue hospital in Broward County.

Born in Philadelphia, Samantha spent her early years on the Jersey Shore, learning to operate a Boston Whaler with her father to pick up pizza on summer nights. At age six, her family relocated to South Florida, where weekends in the Bahamas became the norm and her connection to the ocean deepened. That early love for saltwater life inspired not only her career but also a strong commitment to marine wildlife conservation.

Now based in Fort Lauderdale, Samantha is passionate about scuba diving, interior design, fashion, and community involvement. She actively participates in coral restoration, disaster relief, sea turtle conservation, and local arts preservation. You’ll often find her on the water—or enjoying a sunset at one of her favorite waterfront spots.
