Before her current role, Silvia was instrumental in pioneering landmark projects within the superyacht sector. She spearheaded the inaugural Benetti Yacht Master U.S. event in 2015, establishing a vital platform that connected the Italian shipyard’s team with the American yachting community. Her leadership continued through the 2016 and 2017 editions, deepening relationships across captains, surveyors, owner representatives and project managers. Later, she led the first-ever Ferretti Group Convergence Event in the United States — a three-day professional training seminar and networking program for yacht captains, engineers and owner representatives held in Las Vegas.

Among her signature accomplishments are the creation of the Allied Marine Rendezvous, an exclusive annual gathering of UHNW superyachts owners and clients. Set against the backdrops of Montauk, Nantucket, and the Bahamas, these immersive events blend luxury lifestyle, bespoke adventure, and meaningful connection — hallmarks of Silvia’s creative direction.

Silvia’s path to success was anything but ordinary. After building a thriving career in luxury hospitality and fashion — including roles at TOD’S, Ian Schrager Hotels, and Fairmont Monte-Carlo — she transitioned into yachting, first joining NA Charter in Sardinia as Business Development Manager. The move proved natural, allowing her to combine her expertise in high-end client experience with her lifelong love for the sea.

Her connection to yachting runs deep. Having grown up boating with her father along the Sardinian coast, Silvia learned early on to respect the ocean’s rhythm and power. That bond shaped her philosophy: that yachting is not only about luxury, but about emotion, belonging, and memory.

In 2014, following personal and professional challenges abroad, Silvia relocated to Fort Lauderdale to rebuild her career. From there, she collaborated with Zeelander, then Benetti Yachts, and eventually the Ferretti Group, where she found a platform to bring her full creative and strategic vision to life.

Today, Silvia is not only a key executive at Allied Marine but also a Board Member of the International Superyacht Society, where she champions sustainability, ocean preservation, and female leadership in the maritime sector.
