With over a decade of experience in the superyacht industry, Tamara Madra is a seasoned Luxury Hospitality Specialist and Interior Manager, combining hands-on operational expertise with coaching and consultancy to train the next generation of luxury hospitality professionals.

Tamara’s journey into yachting was driven by destiny. Having worked as Chief Stewardess, Interior Manager, and PA to yacht owners on vessels up to 114 meters, she has developed a deep understanding of high-end service, operations, and guest experience. Her expertise extends beyond yachts into private estates, where she provides bespoke training programs and consulting for luxury hospitality specialists worldwide.

Currently, Tamara serves as Interior Manager Consultant for the new build MY Project Cosmos and is the CEO of D-Crew Academy, a platform specializing in luxury hospitality management. Through D-Crew Academy, she shares the wealth of knowledge she has gained over the past decade, empowering senior crew to navigate demanding environments while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, strong leadership, and self-management.

Tamara is passionate about redefining the standards of luxury hospitality. Her mission is to become a change-making force within the industry, promoting professionalism, resilience, and excellence across sea and shore. She believes in the golden rule: “The choices we make, not the chances we take, determine our destiny.” For Tamara, the sea was her choice, and she now chooses to inspire and mentor others to make an impact on the industry and society.
