From the heart of Italy’s renowned leather district to the decks of 50m+ vessels across Northern Europe, she has spent the last eight years transforming a heritage material into a strategic design asset for leading international shipyards and studios.


Based in Italy and fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Viola oversees the development of high-end furnishing solutions tailored specifically for the superyacht sector. Her role goes far beyond sales. She acts as a strategic partner to designers, architects, and shipyards, ensuring that each leather selection meets not only the creative vision of the project but also the rigorous durability and technical standards required at sea.


Her career began after earning a degree in Languages for International Trade, Marketing, and Management. She first entered the fine jewelry industry, where she refined her understanding of luxury markets and developed the precision required to serve highly demanding clients. Yet being originally from Arzignano — globally recognized as one of the most prestigious leather districts — she felt a strong pull to reconnect with her roots. Eight years ago, she joined Prodital Leather, aligning her international business background with her local heritage.


A firm believer in leather as a noble and sustainable material, Viola views it as a prime example of circular economy — upcycling by-products of the food industry into long-lasting, high-value surfaces. Motivated by her personal passion for the sea, she spearheaded the company’s expansion into the nautical segment. She quickly recognized that succeeding in the superyacht industry requires more than exceptional materials; it demands deep technical consultancy, reliability, and long-term partnership.


Currently, she is collaborating with several international design studios to integrate the latest leather collections into upcoming superyacht interiors, offering bespoke technical solutions that balance aesthetics with performance. Her next milestone is clear: consolidating Prodital Leather’s presence in Northern Europe by building strategic partnerships with major shipyards in the 50m+ segment.
